Sr. Manager, Renewals

Title: Sr. Manager, Renewals Location: Remote, United States The Renewal Sales Manager position is part of the Verint Sales Team focused on maintaining Verint’s renewal book of business by driving high renewal rates and multi-year committed term lengths. This role is responsible for the entire renewal process at the account level and will collaborate closely with other members of the Verint sales team, namely our regional vice presidents, account executive, and client success managers. This sales role will be accountable for meeting customer retention and bookings targets, term length targets, and maintaining the customer and partner relationship in their book of business.
