The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build and extend customer-facing product features and back-end platform services, taking work from design through delivery. You will own significant pieces of the product experience and collaborate closely with product and design colleagues on initiatives with broad scope.

What you'll do

- Build conversational features that help users explore and interpret results.

- Develop self-serve workflows and tooling for sourcing participants and managing audience lists.

- Shape the overall product experience and design system to keep the platform consistent.

- Partner with product and design teams on initiatives that have a heavy product focus.

- Work on back-end platform areas such as distributed systems and programming interfaces.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Senior or staff level experience, with 4 or more years as a software engineer.

- Experience at an early-stage startup, ideally a fast-growing company with a high engineering bar.

- A track record of taking a major product, feature or platform from zero to one.

- At least one of: rapid promotions, coding competition wins, internal awards for systems work, or experience as a founder or founding engineer.

- Undergraduate training in a computing discipline from a highly ranked school.

- Founder-like ownership and comfort working in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments.

Bonus points

- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
