The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own paid acquisition campaigns on major social and search ad platforms, from campaign structure and launch through budget decisions and ongoing optimization. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who reads performance data closely and improves campaigns on a weekly rhythm, working directly inside the ad platforms every day.

What you'll do

- Build campaign structure and launch paid tests across social and search advertising channels.

- Read campaign data and make budget allocation decisions.

- Set up and maintain conversion tracking and event optimization.

- Review performance regularly and refine campaigns each week.

- Use web analytics and UTM tracking to measure acquisition results.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of hands-on experience running end-to-end paid campaigns on major social and search ad platforms.

- Experience at early-stage consumer or prosumer technology companies.

- Experience marketing product-led or AI-focused software products.

- Hands-on skill with conversion tracking setup, event optimization and campaign structure.

- Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a startup environment.
