As Media Buyer, you will manage campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads, combining creative testing, reliable tracking, and performance analysis to improve acquisition efficiency.

🎯 Your responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management

• Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business objectives.
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve campaign results.
• Explore additional acquisition channels where relevant.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and improve advertising assets.
• Ensure campaigns follow advertising platform policies and internal compliance requirements.

Tracking & Attribution

• Set up and validate pixels, tags, triggers, and conversion events using Google Tag Manager and relevant platform tools.
• Track the customer journey from initial click through registration and purchase.
• Use attribution tools to understand which campaigns and channels drive conversions.
• Implement or coordinate postbacks and server-to-server tracking where required.
• Identify and resolve tracking discrepancies to maintain reliable reporting.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimisation

• Monitor key metrics, including CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Analyse campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Make data-driven recommendations on budgets, targeting, and creative strategy.
• Produce clear reports covering results, insights, and next steps.
• Adapt campaigns to different markets and audiences.

✅ What we’re looking for

• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. 
• Hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing at a mid-level.
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• A solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.
• Practical experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Confidence analysing campaign data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• A good understanding of acquisition and profitability metrics, including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• The ability to work independently and communicate results clearly.

✨ Nice to have

• Experience with prop trading firms, brokers, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid acquisition platforms.
• Familiarity with attribution tools such as Voluum, RedTrack, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
• Experience with postbacks and server-to-server tracking.
• Knowledge of Looker Studio or SQL.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets.
• French language skills.
