About Rad AI

At Rad AI, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. Founded by a radiologist, our AI-driven solutions are revolutionizing radiology—saving time, reducing burnout, and improving patient care. With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.

Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M. Our investors include Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, Gradient Ventures, Cone Health Ventures, and others—all backing our mission to empower physicians with cutting-edge AI.

Our latest advancements in generative AI are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting more than one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. at partners including Cone Health, Jefferson Einstein Health, Geisinger, Guthrie Healthcare System, and Henry Ford Health.

Recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by CB Insights and AuntMinnie, and ranked by Deloitte as the 19th fastest-growing company in North America, we are building AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list, highlighting the innovation and momentum behind our mission.

If you’re ready to shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to have you on our team!

Why Join Us:

Rad AI is the leader in AI-powered radiology workflow solutions — recently ranked #5 on Fast Company's 2026 Most Innovative Companies list, and riding a wave of new health system go-lives, a newly expanded executive team (including our first Chief Clinical Officer), and next-generation speech recognition technology that's redefining how radiology gets reported. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a dynamic sales executive to join our high-performing sales team and own a Western territory.

In this role, you'll act as the GM of your territory — driving growth within health systems and physician groups across Rad AI's product lines, navigating the complex relationships between health systems and physician practices, and forecasting accurately to meet or exceed quota.

Territory:

• Western U.S. seaboard through Denver/Colorado. Candidates based further East (Texas and beyond) will be considered only for exceptional fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the full sales cycle for a large Western territory, from initial prospecting to contract closure — a front-line sales role in the near term, with the opportunity to build a team as the region scales

• Work collaboratively with customer success to ensure successful deployments and expansion of partnerships

• Develop relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers (physician leaders, IT staff, RIS/PACS administrators, radiology directors, etc.)

• Meet or exceed the annual revenue quota

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with more than enough opportunities to achieve quota

• Build relationships on both the clinical and operational side of target accounts

• Manage a pipeline including account targeting, deal qualification/prioritization, and accurate forecasting

• Educate radiologists in your account base on Rad AI's impact to clinicians and patients

• Build deep familiarity with Rad AI's products and development roadmap

• Travel regularly within the territory to build in-person relationships with health system and physician group stakeholders — this role requires regular travel

Who We're Looking For:

• 7–15 years of direct sales experience, with 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare SaaS sales experience

• Demonstrated track record of exceeding KPIs

• Experience in health tech strongly preferred; familiarity with radiology workflows or PACS/RIS environments is a strong plus

• Action-oriented, fast-moving, intrinsically motivated, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes

Preferred Skills:

• Prior AI sales experience at a growing healthcare startup

• Experience selling to large-scale healthcare systems on the West Coast or Mountain West

• We're looking for candidates who bring modern, consultative health-tech sales experience

Join our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient care—making a meaningful impact on millions of lives. Driven by our mission,  we prioritize transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, bringing together exceptional people to revolutionize healthcare. If you're passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful healthcare solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
