Short Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer – CAT 1 with strong expertise in Software Quality Assurance, Process Quality Management, Quality Management Systems, process compliance, audits, metrics management, risk management, and continuous improvement. The candidate must have at least 7 years of relevant experience and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure process compliance and adherence to the organisation’s Quality Management System.
- Implement, maintain, and improve QMS processes across software-development projects.
- Conduct project quality reviews, process-compliance assessments, and internal audits.
- Support assessment preparation, audit readiness, and internal and external audit activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and applicable CMMI practices.
- Track project-level quality metrics, risks, escalations, non-compliances, and improvement actions.
- Define, analyse, and report SDLC and project-quality metrics.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous-improvement and process-excellence initiatives across projects.
- Manage customer escalations and support the resolution of quality-related concerns.
- Prepare quality dashboards, management reports, presentations, and review inputs.

Requirement:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT quality, Software Quality Assurance, Process Quality Engineering, or Process Excellence.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience conducting internal quality audits and project-quality reviews.
- Working knowledge of CMMI Level 3 or Level 5 processes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
