Role Summary
Own the governance, operation, and administration of Qualcomm Marketing's global Adobe Workfront instance - the single system of record for marketing work management, serving 55,000+ employees with an explicit charter to support Qualcomm Marketing internal and external partner users across 40+ teams. Partner with intake teams, power users, and leadership to align processes, drive adoption, and evolve the platform roadmap as part of our content supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- System administration: access levels, groups, companies, layout templates, SSO (Azure AD) configuration, and user lifecycle for internal and external (agency/partner) users.
- Governance: request queue architecture, custom forms and calculated fields, custom statuses, naming standards, and queue lifecycle management (launch, optimize, retire).
- Product ownership: maintain the platform roadmap and backlog; prioritize enhancements with stakeholders; own vendor relationship with Adobe (CSM/TAM, support escalations, release readiness).
- Adoption and change management: run the power user / Tiger team program; deliver training and onboarding; lead change comms for process and platform changes.
- Process alignment: consult with marketing teams to design and standardize intake and execution workflows before configuring them in the tool.
- Reporting: build and maintain dashboards for usage, adoption, and operational metrics; support historical reporting integrity through structural change.
- Partner with the Workfront Fusion / Integration Developer: own routing logic and form design that drive automations; act as comms lead during automation incidents.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years administering enterprise Adobe Workfront (Adobe Workfront Certified Expert - strongly preferred – not required).
- Demonstrated process design and change management experience in a large, matrixed marketing organization.
- Strong stakeholder management: comfortable facilitating workflow design sessions with senior leaders and skeptical teams alike.
- Experience with request queue architecture, custom forms, calculated fields, and Workfront reporting at scale.
- Familiarity with content supply chain concepts and adjacent Adobe stack (AEM Assets, Fusion) and associated tooling and AI capabilities that leverage content supply chain.
- Product owner or platform owner experience (backlog management, roadmap communication).
This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$117,700.00 - $176,500.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
