JAVA Developer (F/M/X)

The person employed in this position will be responsible for: Contribute to the development and improvement of business applications, mainly using Java,Experience with React,Understanding of relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle,Work with the team to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions,Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand needs and support implementation,Take part in the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, maintenance and support,Help investigate and resolve application issues,Participate in technical discussions and share your ideas with the team,Help improve development practices, tools and delivery processes,Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, responsibly,Collaborate and share knowledge with an international team. Requirements: Understanding of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming,Practical experience building applications,Good spoken and written English, enabling you to actively participate in the team’s day-to-day work,Experience using AI tools to support software development, while critically evaluating their output,A proactive and open communication style: asking questions, sharing ideas and contributing to discussions,Good organization, responsibility for your work and openness to feedback,A willingness to learn and grow while working on real applications.
