SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help build out our Agentic Banking product suite. You will work with multiple teams to deliver high-value, self-service offerings for roles across financial institution's back office. You will influence product strategy with internal and external teams, ensuring product, GTM and financial goals are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Agentic Banking Solutions.
  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.
  • Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on back-office banking workflows and the Agentic Solutions that solve for them.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Some barriers to entry exist at this level, requiring 
    department review.
  • Demonstrable experience in software product management or similar roles
  • 4+ years experience in the Financial Services industry and/or strong understanding of banking operations (ex: customer support, compliance, deposit operations, payment processing, digital banking, lending, etc.)
  • Strong team leadership, including building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excel and data analysis proficiency
  • Self-starter with ability to deliver results independently
  • *Familiarity with using AI Solutions, i.e. Claude, ChatGPT
  • *Understanding of how AI systems operate (Tokenomics, Agent Development, Skills Writing, etc.)

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
