About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, work directly with hiring managers and clients, and play a key role in building exceptional engineering teams.

As a Senior IT Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Sourcing and attracting top IT talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search.

• Partnering with hiring managers and clients to understand business needs, technical requirements, and team culture.

• Conducting candidate screenings and interviews, assessing both technical competencies and soft skills.

• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data, Cloud, AI, and Product professionals.

• Coordinating recruitment for outsourcing and outstaffing projects while meeting client deadlines and staffing targets.

• Managing client communication throughout the hiring process, providing market insights and recruitment updates.

• Negotiating offers and employment terms while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• Maintaining accurate ATS data and tracking recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.

• Mentoring recruiters and researchers, contributing to recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Proven success hiring for Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, or AI roles.

• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn and direct search methodologies.

• Experience working with international clients in outsourcing or agency environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (B2+ / C1 preferred).

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ATS platforms (Factorial, Manatal, or similar).

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across the UK, Europe, or South Africa.

• Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or modern data technologies.

• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.
