Solutions Consultant - Spain (m/f/d)

Your work as a Solutions Consultant sits at the heart of our sales cycle, bridging the gap between our customers' logistics challenges and our software solutions through deep supply chain expertise and a consultative, value-driven approach. If you are passionate about logistics, love solving complex problems, and know how to bring a compelling story to life in front of a client, we want to hear from you:

• You lead the value-selling process, engaging stakeholders at all levels of prospect organizations to uncover their specific supply chain challenges.
• You conduct detailed assessments of clients' supply chain processes, identify pain points, and design customized solutions aligned to their strategic goals.
• You develop and deliver compelling, tailored value propositions that make the business case for our solutions concrete and credible.
• You own solutioning throughout the sales cycle — presentations, demos, conference room pilots, and proof-of-concept support — and ensure a structured handover from sales to delivery.
• You build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and feed market and customer insights back to Product Management to help shape the roadmap.
• You contribute to cross-team enablement and demand generation, training peers, sharing best practices, and supporting large account initiatives while staying current on industry trends.

• You bring solid experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B software environment.
• You have strong domain knowledge in logistics, supply chain planning, transport optimization, or a closely related field.
• You have a proven ability to run engaging, value-led discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
• You are skilled at building business cases and translating technical capabilities into measurable customer value.
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable with both C-level and operational audiences, and you are fluent in English and Spanish.
• You bring a sales-oriented, collaborative mindset — sharing knowledge, building assets, and helping close deals as part of a stronger team.
