Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Staff Security Engineer to join Procore’s Security Engineering team as a foundational technical leader. You will design the next generation of autonomous defense, moving Procore beyond static automation toward a self-governing security posture.

Responsibilities:
- Architect the Agentic Fabric: Design and implement the multi-agent orchestration layer for autonomous security tasks.
- Define Agentic Identity & Governance: Design how autonomous agents authenticate and manage secrets.
- Autonomous Vulnerability Eradication: Lead the strategy for self-healing systems.
- Secure the AI Infrastructure: Architect secure agent deployment paths.
- Drive the Agentic Roadmap: Design the strategy for autonomous security engineering.
- Lead Complex Evaluations: Evaluate emerging security platforms and tools.
- Advanced Threat Modeling: Build agents for dynamic threat modeling.
- Strategic Mentorship: Scale agentic thinking across the organization.
- Incident Response Orchestration: Build autonomous control orchestrator agents for security events.

Requirement:
- Development: 6+ years in hands-on technical security, shipping complex software in Python or Go.
- Agentic Orchestration Mastery: Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT).
- LLM Security Pioneer: Knowledge of AI security risks and defensive layers.
- Distributed Systems Expertise: Understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS/K8s).
- Agentic Identity & Access: Experience with IAM/IGA systems for autonomous entities.
- Strategic Influence: Ability to influence engineering leadership.
- Agentic SDLC Vision: Experience embedding AI agents into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analytical Rigor: Systems-thinking approach to security.
- Communication: Ability to translate abstract security concepts into actionable roadmaps.
