Short Summary:
As a Research & Data Administrator, you’ll partner with your team and key Customer Success Team members to ensure customers receive legally compliant documents. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Search property information through online county websites and other tools
- Interact with customers via messaging system
- Work on deadlines prioritized by SLA with customers
- Update job information in the database through data entry
- Correct inaccuracies and fill in gaps based on customer data
Requirement:
- Fluent English speaker required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with routine tasks and able to work efficiently
- Enjoy learning new tools and collaborating with a team
