Short Summary:
We’re looking for an Executive Briefing Manager to join Procore’s growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and results for our executive briefings, collaborating with account teams and leaders to develop briefing agendas and experiences for customer executives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account teams and leaders to develop customized briefing agendas and experiences.
- Promote and evangelize the Executive Briefing Program internally.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with leadership, Product Marketing, and key stakeholders.
- Host on-site, virtual, and hybrid executive briefings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customer accounts and executive stakeholders.
- Capture, analyze, and share Voice of the Customer insights.
- Measure program success through participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Define and track quarterly OKRs and report program impact on pipeline.
- Support up to 40% domestic (and occasional international) travel for executive briefings.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, executive engagement, or related roles.
- 4+ years of experience supporting Executive Briefing Centers; SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical, strategic, and action-oriented problem solver.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and briefing management tools.
