Short Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PAM Architect/Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management solutions that strengthen security, governance, and compliance across critical IT environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide PAM solutions for critical systems and infrastructure.
- Define and implement privileged access governance, credential management, password vaulting, session monitoring, and privileged account lifecycle management.
- Integrate PAM platforms with Active Directory, cloud identity providers, enterprise applications, servers, databases, and network devices.
- Develop privileged access policies, security standards, and operational procedures aligned with cybersecurity best practices.
- Lead PAM deployment, upgrades, migrations, and platform optimization initiatives across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and application teams to secure privileged identities and administrative access.
- Monitor privileged access activities, investigate security incidents, and recommend remediation measures to reduce operational risk.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives by implementing audit controls, reporting mechanisms, and privileged access reviews.
- Automate privileged access workflows using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure automation tools where applicable.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to continuous improvements in identity and access security.
Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, or Enterprise Security, with strong expertise in PAM.
- Proven experience implementing and administering enterprise PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea (Thycotic), One Identity, or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of privileged identity governance, credential vaulting, session management, least privilege, and zero trust security principles.
- Experience securing hybrid cloud, on-premises, and multi-cloud environments across Windows, Linux, databases, and network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity federation technologies.
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, security auditing, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with experience handling complex enterprise security environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for enhancing enterprise security, reducing privileged access risks, and driving continuous improvement in identity security practices.
