Schedule: Full-Time / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 80 hours per pay period (every two weeks).

Description

If you are motivated by meaningful work, strong relationships, and the chance to use your software experience to support better health care, this opportunity at Premier Health may be the right fit. As an Epic Analyst - Community Connect within Digital Health & Technology Department, you will play an important role in helping care teams and partner organizations work more efficiently through technology. Epic is a specific software program, and in this role you will help optimize and support systems that strengthen collaboration, improve workflows, and make a real impact on the patient and provider experience.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy being part of a connected team, solving problems, and building strong partnerships across clinical, technical, and operational groups. Premier Health offers the chance to contribute to strategic and tactical projects while expanding your expertise in Epic Ambulatory or Epic Professional Billing. You will be involved in the full project life cycle, giving you the opportunity to influence everything from planning and design through implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Premier Health has built a strong reputation as a respected and community-focused employer, known for investing in the people, systems, and partnerships that support quality care. Employees value the organization’s mission-driven environment, collaborative culture, and commitment to innovation. In this role, you will feel connected not only to your immediate team, but also to the broader purpose behind the work—supporting providers, staff, and patients through reliable, thoughtfully designed digital solutions.

If you are someone who enjoys working with people as much as systems, this role offers a unique blend of technical challenge and human connection. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments, guide less-experienced team members, and help end users feel supported and confident. Many professionals in health care technology find this type of role rewarding because it combines software expertise with visible impact, team interaction, and opportunities to grow. At Premier Health, you will join an environment where employees are proud of the work they do and the difference it makes every day.
