The most important basics – so we both know if it could work. * __Location:__ you’re excited to work either from one of our offices (Berlin Mitte, London, Cologne) or fully remote - whatever suits you best. * __Experience:__ you have at least 8 years of relevant experience and feel confident in your role. * __Mobile expertise and full-stack approach:__ you have hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile apps (iOS, Android, or cross-platform), understand the specific challenges of mobile development, and you want to build full-stack using agentic engineering. * __Startup mindset:__ you enjoy working in a growing team and dynamic environment – and ideally, you’ve already gained experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced setting and like building things from the ground up. ## What you'll do - your playing field This is how you move our mission forward every day. * Feature development in our Flutter mobile app and across our stack with AI * Senior enough to work autonomously in a product squad and contribute significantly to the quality of our code * Code reviews and maintaining code quality standards across the mobile codebase * Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions * Performance optimization and stability of the mobile app * Contributing to mobile architecture decisions * Mentoring of Junior engineers * Improving CI/CD pipeline for mobile releases ## What you bring to the team We're not looking for a perfect CV.
