Appointment Setting Specialist (Remote or Hybrid)

Build real sales skills. Earn money. Keep your schedule consistent.

Most entry-level roles fill your time and allow you to earn a minimum amount. This one builds something more!

If you enjoy connecting with people, understanding what matters to them, and improving with every conversation, this is your entry point into sales. You’ll gain confidence on the phone, learn how to guide meaningful conversations, and see your effort translate directly into results.

No door knocking. No cold calling. Just thoughtful conversations with people who have already taken the first step! You'll have flexibility to work the way you work best - either fully remote or with hybrid connection and training in our local Orem office. As one of our customer-facing voices, your work is instrumental to our continued growth.

What You’ll Do (and Why You’ll Love Doing It)

As an Appointment Setting Specialist with Precoa (Remote or Hybrid), you will follow up with warm leads who have already expressed interest in preplanning. You’ll set client appointments to meet with a local professional to craft an intentional plan and gain peace of mind. And, you’ll also grow your ability to communicate, influence, and create momentum in a conversation!

In this role you can:

• Launch an impactful career: You’ll develop your sales skills and level up through ongoing training and professional development so you can benefit now and in the future.
• Enjoy a full-time rhythm with room to breathe: A consistent schedule (remote or hybrid) so you can build a career and still balance life outside of work.
• Champion needed solutions: You’ll be provided warm leads who are interested in the recession-resistant product that you are selling.
• Enjoy a stable base + unlimited bonuses: You control what you make with the security of base pay and the excitement of bonuses based on your efforts!

Are you ready to start building experience that pays off?
