Who We Are:

Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes.

For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work.

As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another.

At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today.

A day in the life:

As a Systems Administrator, you keep Power Digital's core platforms running and well-governed. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT, you are the hands-on administrator for Google Workspace, Okta and Slack, and you support Power Digital's (PDM) internal business functions as we integrate newly acquired companies into our systems. Your days blend hands-on admin work (provisioning, policy configuration, integrations, escalations from the IT Helpdesk) with documenting standards and automating repetitive tasks so the team scales cleanly. You work Pacific Time business hours alongside a distributed IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Google Workspace end to end: users, groups, shared drives, security and DLP settings, retention, and third-party app access
Administer Okta as a primary admin: application integrations (SSO/SCIM), groups and group rules, lifecycle automation, MFA and sign-on policies
Administer Slack: workspace and user settings, app approvals, channel governance, retention, and integrations
Support PDM business functions with system configuration, integrations and Tier 2 troubleshooting escalated from the IT Helpdesk, and lead the systems workstreams (tenant consolidation, migrations, app onboarding) for acquisition integrations
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Other applicable or related duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

3+ years administering SaaS platforms for a company of 1000+ people
Hands-on Google Workspace administration experience (super admin or delegated admin)
Hands-on Okta administration experience: app integrations, SSO/SCIM, group rules, lifecycle policies
Slack administration experience (Business+) [Confirmed license tier]
Scripting or automation experience, e.g., Okta Workflows, Google Apps Script,
Vendor management experience is a plus.
Clear written documentation habits; able to explain technical changes to non-technical teammates
Advanced spoken and written English (B2 or higher) and availability during Pacific Time business hours

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Tier 2 Resolution SLAs – 90% of escalated systems tickets resolved within SLA (P1 in <4 hours, P2 in <1 business day, P3 in <3 business days)
Joiner/Mover/Leaver – 100% of access provisioning completed within 1 business day of request; 100% of leavers deprovisioned in Okta within 24 hours (same day for involuntary terminations)
Change Hygiene – Zero unplanned, admin-caused outages in Google Workspace, Okta or Slack; 100% of production configuration changes logged in the change log with rollback notes
Automation – At least 2 recurring manual admin workflows automated and documented per quarter (e.g., Okta Workflows, Apps Script)
Acquisition Integration – 90%+ of assigned integration milestones (tenant migrations, Okta app onboarding, Slack consolidation) delivered on the agreed date

Most Important Things (MITs)

Keep Google Workspace, Okta and Slack secure, consistent and documented
Be the reliable Tier 2 escalation point behind the IT Helpdesk
Automate the repetitive so the team scales without adding headcount
Make acquisition integrations predictable: on time, low drama, no surprises
Communicate clearly with non-technical teammates and stakeholders
