- Drive technical direction and architecture of complex, distributed systems.
- Pioneer AI-powered tools to enhance clinician efficiency.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Partner with product and clinical leadership to shape technical strategy.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in shipping high-quality, scalable software systems.
- Expert proficiency in system and relational database design and languages like Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, Go, etc.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Passion for cutting-edge tooling to accelerate delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering elegant solutions to complex problems.
