Short Summary:
The Project Controls Scheduler supports the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering, construction, and capital improvement projects by providing scheduling, controls, performance reporting, and governance support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Review project requirements and contract documents for accurate scheduling deliverables.
- Perform baseline schedule reviews, updates, and quality assessments.
- Analyze contractor schedules for progress and performance evaluation.
- Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Prepare and present schedule performance reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain project resource assignments and scheduling data.
- Support Primavera P6 administration and user training.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather schedule data and validate progress.
- Provide technical guidance to junior-level staff.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction management and scheduling.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6; Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
