Short Summary:
PM Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Project Controls to lead and transform the project controls function across a portfolio of high-profile projects in the Data Centre division. This role is responsible for driving consistency, governance, and performance across planning, cost management, risk, procurement, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a best-in-class project controls strategy aligned to regional and organisational goals
- Establish governance, standards, best practices, and processes to drive consistency and performance across all projects
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, internationally distributed team
- Oversee planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Implement data-driven frameworks to monitor cost, schedule, and productivity performance
- Establish and enforce QA/QC standards across all delivery phases
- Champion the use of digital tools, automation, and analytics in project controls

Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in project controls, programme management, or major capital projects
- Proven leadership experience in complex construction environments (e.g., data centres, pharma, infrastructure)
- Strong understanding of regional construction markets and regulatory environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
