Job Description:

In this London-based fixed-term role, you will lead complex SaaS implementations from scope to go-live, helping global travel partners turn integrations into live revenue opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

You will lead two to five concurrent implementations for airline, cruise, and rail partners, owning delivery from scope definition through go-live. You will align external executives, internal engineering teams, and commercial stakeholders around API configurations, PSS integrations, payment gateways, timelines, risks, and quality standards. You will create clear governance, make decisive calls on scope and resources, and keep issues moving before they escalate. AI-enabled workflows will support meeting summaries, project tracking, and implementation health signals, giving you more time to focus on proactive risk management and executive alignment.

What You Bring

• Experience leading multi-client SaaS implementations from planning through launch.
• Confidence discussing API setups, PSS integrations, and payment gateways, and translating technical detail into clear business context.
• The judgement to manage concurrent timelines, make decisions on scope and resources, and mitigate risks before they become delivery issues.
• A clear, structured approach to delivery, using tools such as JIRA and Salesforce to maintain documentation, risk logs, and accountability across teams.
• A track record of replacing recurring project administration with AI workflows, while critically reviewing AI outputs before sharing them with external stakeholders.
