Middle Game Artist
Your influential mission. You will...
- Own the end-to-end creation of table games.
- Translate creative briefs, game mechanics, and brand guidelines into engaging game visuals.
- Create moodboards, sketches, style frames, logos, backgrounds, characters, game objects, UI elements, typography, and visual effects.
- Produce high-quality artwork in different styles, from realistic to stylized and cartoon.
- Deliver clean, organized, and production-ready PSD files.
- Use Spine to animate characters, symbols and game elements, effects, transitions, etc.
- Export and package Spine assets for implementation by the development team.
- Create game previews, motion mock-ups, promotional clips, and animated banners in After Effects.
- Optimize artwork and animations according to technical and platform requirements.
- Work closely with the Lead Artist, Game Producer, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Review implemented assets, resolve visual or technical issues, and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
Components for success. You...
- Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in 2D game art, animation, or a similar role, preferably in iGaming industry.
- Have a strong portfolio showing polished 2D artwork, graphic design, concept development, and animation.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop in order to prodice structured, production-ready PSD files.
- Have strong working knowledge of Spine, including rigging, animation, export, and implementation workflows.
- Have experience with Adobe After Effects and relevant plugins.
- Understand animation principles such as timing, anticipation, weight, rhythm, and visual clarity.
- Have strong art fundamentals, including composition, color, lighting, perspective, and visual hierarchy.
- Have graphic-design experience with logos, branding, typography, icons, and marketing materials.
- Understand game-asset creation, export, optimization, and technical requirements.
- Can work in different visual styles while maintaining consistency across a complete game.
- Have strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Can give and receive constructive feedback and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Can multitask, prioritize assignments, and adapt to changing project requirements.

- A background in illustration, traditional art, character design, or hand-drawn animation.
- Experience creating marketing videos, promotional clips, or animated banners.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted art tools and Jira.
- Understanding of game design, development workflows, and technical-art considerations.
