Team, about the role

We’re expanding the use of AI across every stage of game development to help our teams work faster and raise the quality of our products.

We’re looking for an AI Producer with product expertise in game development and a deep, hands-on understanding of AI. You’ll identify opportunities to apply AI across the entire product development cycle — determining which AI pipelines will speed up the work, improve quality and product metrics.

You’ll work closely with product teams and AI engineers, take ownership of implementation outcomes, and keep scaling the solutions that work.

Tasks

• Find opportunities to apply AI at every stage of building and growing our games, to help teams work faster and raise product quality.

• Initiate and deliver AI projects: from framing the task and testing the hypothesis to designing the solution architecture and integrating it into the team’s work.

• Select models and tools for specific product tasks; build and improve AI pipelines.

• Evaluate the quality of the output and refine processes with the style and requirements of our games in mind.

• Work with producers and domain specialists to identify team needs and introduce new ways of working.

• Assess the effectiveness of implementations and their impact on speed, quality, and product metrics.

• Explore new AI capabilities and find practical applications for them in our products.

Requirements

• Experience in game development and an understanding of the full lifecycle of game feature and content production.

• Experience implementing AI solutions on your own, with concrete results: shorter timelines, lower costs, or better quality.

• Hands-on experience selecting generative models and building AI pipelines for development tasks.

• Ability to assess the quality of game content and refine the output with the product’s style and requirements in mind.

Preferred

• Experience with casual mobile games, including Match-3.
