BI & Data Engineering Team Leader

As a BI Data Engineers Team Leader, you will be responsible for all of our data modeling, processes and optimizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the team through the onboarding process and ensuring smooth integration..
• Establish and manage key processes to ensure operational efficiency..
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analytics, Game Economy, Monetization, User Acquisition & Customer Support to drive business impact through data-driven decision making..
• Own and evolve the company's analytics data model and KPI framework - ensuring consistency, scalability, and trust across all business functions..
• Ensure high standards of data quality, testing, monitoring, and reliability across the analytics ecosystem..
• Create new data solutions while supporting, maintaining, and optimizing existing ones..
• Manage and evolve the data structure and model that supports and reflects the company's business needs..
• Drive best practices in data modeling, analytics engineering, and BI development.

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience required.
• Vast experience in data modeling.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• 2+ years of experience with DBT
• Extensive experience with Git.
• Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices (BigQuery - advantage).
• Experience transforming data into visual insights and building dashboards in a BI platform (e.g. Tableau, Looker, etc., Omni-advantage).
• Experience with data quality, observability, and validation frameworks (e.g. Monte Carlo, Elementary, Soda, or similar) - advantage.
• BA/BSC degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering or related field required.
