Recruiter Go-To-Market / Sales (m/w/d) - Fixed Term Contract As a Recruiter (GTM), you’ll play a critical role in helping us grow the teams that power Playlist and our global portfolio of wellness and fitness brands. You’ll partner closely with GTM leaders to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent. From first outreach to final offer, you’ll lead with strategy, empathy and precision to shape a hiring experience that reflects our values. What you’ll do Drive full lifecycle recruitment for external candidates, with a focus on strategic hiring for high-impact GTM roles Partner with hiring managers to build thoughtful hiring plans, using talent insights and market trends to influence decision-making Act as the single point of contact for candidates, screening for interest, availability, salary expectations, relocation needs, right to work and core qualifications Proactively build talent pipelines, with a focus on hard-to-find, high-skill candidates in competitive markets Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve process efficiency, report on the status of open roles and guide stakeholder conversations Deliver a standout candidate experience that’s human, honest and aligned with our mission to create more real-world connection Champion inclusive hiring practices and help create diverse, high-performing teams across the Playlist ecosystem Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to keep hiring goals aligned with company-wide priorities Maintain Greenhouse and ensure compliance with established procedures and applicable laws Handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and sound judgement Represent Playlist at industry events and recruiting touchpoints as a brand ambassador Experience you bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM or Sales Fluent written and spoken English and German Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced organisations Experience developing recruiting strategies that have contributed to company-wide hiring goals Confidence using applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) and translating data into action Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and influence with care Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as HR, Compensation and Operations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and execute on a plan Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence: approachable, patient and calm under pressure Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity at every stage of the hiring process Comfortable working across time zones and adapting as priorities evolve Willingness to travel once a year for the Talent Acquisition team meetup Have we piqued your curiosity?
