Experience designing and operating multi-user or family account structures on the consumer side. Able to self-serve data for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting using SQL without relying on engineering or analytics teams. Strong understanding of how identity changes impact business operations, with demonstrated ability to execute identity improvements without breaking established workflows. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills - including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership. A data-driven approach with experience using metrics, experimentation, and user research to drive product decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, wellness, education). Familiarity with identity governance, auditing, and compliance requirements. Experience with customer lifecycle, entitlement systems, or cross-product platform integration. Background working on platform teams supporting multiple product groups or business units. Experience in the wellness, fitness, or beauty industry. What You Bring A user-first mindset that balances enterprise workflow stability with consumer-grade usability. A security-first approach that does not compromise clarity or simplicity. A systems-thinking perspective with the ability to architect identity solutions that scale across multiple products and business models. A collaborative, thoughtful leadership style and passion for building elegant, secure, and resilient IAM foundations. The ability to help staff users support their clients while maintaining security and privacy standards.
