Age of Magic is a midcore fantasy battler with a complex economy, a deep universe, multiple game modes, and 200+ characters. The project has been evolving since 2018: around 10,000 players have been with us since launch, while nearly 50,000 have been playing the game for more than two years.
What can we give both our existing players and newcomers to make the product stronger and accelerate its growth? This is the question you’ll be answering as a Growth Producer.
Your responsibility will be to identify growth opportunities, formulate hypotheses, turn them into strong concepts, and take them through to development.
This is a role with a significant impact on product growth.
