We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our Mobile UA team. As a Mobile UA Manager, you will manage high-budget global mobile acquisition campaigns across various performance marketing channels. This is a hands-on, data-centric role, where analytics and cross-department collaboration are an essential part of the day-to-day work. Our ideal candidate has previous experience with performance marketing in mobile apps, a results-oriented mindset, a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, and a proactive approach to driving growth

This is a 9-month temporary position, covering maternity leave

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile user acquisition activities across key mobile UA channels, including Google App Campaigns, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and other performance marketing channels
• Grow existing activities as well as identify and test new sources of mobile acquisition
• Hit target KPIs through ongoing optimization, innovation and testing
• Work closely with management to develop a UA roadmap
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Data Analytics, Product, Research and Creative Studio, to develop and improve UA strategies and activities
• Help drive creative strategy by sharing feedback with relevant teams, brainstorming new creative concepts and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Develop new insights, testing methodologies and process improvements for UA analysis and internal workflows
• Be on top of upcoming market and industry trends

What we expect

• 2+ years of experience as a mobile user acquisition manager, with hands-on experience managing Meta, TikTok and Google App Campaigns
• Understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including tracking tools, attribution platforms, measurement methodologies and technical integrations
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build close relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proactive and innovative - someone who thinks outside the box, stays up to date with the latest trends and proactively identifies new opportunities
• Passion for games, someone who appreciates the story, mechanics and progression
