We are looking for a talented Game Designer to work on RAID: Shadow Legends as part of our Game Design Department. RAID is a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. As our flagship title, it is enjoyed by more than 100 million players worldwide. You can check out the game on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

The Game Design Department is responsible for formulating concepts for game features. It also designs game balances, in-game events, and user interfaces, as well as writing accompanying design documentation. When devising new features, our designers utilize performance analytics and player feedback reports to guide and inform their work.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that creates new character concepts, bosses, and artifacts for RAID.

Responsibilities

• Developing concepts for characters, bosses, and artifacts, and generating ideas for new PvE and PvP battle modes

• Developing new gameplay systems alongside character and boss mechanics

• Refining the balance of existing characters and improving PvP metagame mechanics

• Developing and utilizing character creation tools

What we expect

• At least 2 years of experience as a Game Designer

• MOBA, MMORPG, and CCG gaming experience

• Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira

• Experience working with Google Sheets and creating technical documentation

• Experience creating game balance documents and technical assignments

• English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

Desired

• Experience playing RAID: Shadow Legends

• Higher education in a technical field

• Experience in using AI tools
