The department acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and Data Engineering, translating complex business needs into scalable data solutions. Working across multiple teams and business domains, we take a company-wide perspective, owning data definitions, business logic, and the design of BI solutions that support strategic decision-making and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

Own the business definitions, logic and data models behind our core dashboards and KPIs.
Design data solutions with Data Engineering: specify tables, aggregation logic and source-to-target mappings, and maintain the data dictionary and metric definitions that every solution uses.
Analyze new requirements and translate business questions into solutions, detailed design docs and Jira stories with acceptance criteria.
Lead projects end-to-end: scope definition, planning, stakeholder reviews, analysis and design, delivery with engineering, and rollout.
Spot recurring data and reporting problems, and establish data principles, policies and processes that improve and simplify how data is used.

What we expect

3+ years as a BI System Analyst, Data Product Manager or in a similar role.
Proven experience translating business requirements into solutions and writing design docs.
Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools.
High adopter of AI tools and new technologies, and hungry to learn: you don't wait for things to be handed to you.
A business-oriented mindset combined with a solid understanding of the data world: databases, DWH, ETL pipelines, data flows and BI concepts.
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High ownership: you close loops, track follow-ups, and deliver without constant reminders.
Team player and a people person, who enjoys working with multiple teams.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Desired

Experience in global organizations and multi-customer environments.
Background in gaming, mobile, B2C or data platform companies.
