Working schedule - Bahrain! Working week from Sunday to Thursday
Looking for a PHP Developer with hands-on CRM implementation/customization experience. Candidates with experience in similar CRM platforms are welcome if they have strong PHP/MySQL/API integration skills and are ready to study and prepare on SuiteCRM/EspoCRM before joining the project.
Must-haves

Strong commercial experience with PHP and backend development.
Hands-on experience with CRM implementation, customization, or integration projects.
Experience with SuiteCRM, EspoCRM, or similar PHP-based CRM platforms is highly preferred.
Candidates without direct SuiteCRM/EspoCRM experience can be considered if they have solid experience with similar CRM solutions and are ready to independently study and prepare on SuiteCRM/EspoCRM before joining the project.
Practical experience with REST APIs, third-party system integrations, webhooks, and data exchange between systems.
Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB and experience working with existing database structures.
Experience customizing existing applications: modules, workflows, business logic, user roles/permissions, fields, and integrations.
Ability to understand and work with an existing/legacy PHP codebase, rather than only developing new applications from scratch.
Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical CRM customizations.
English sufficient for technical communication and documentation.
