Short Summary:
For more than 50 years, Photronics has been a global leader in photomask technology. We are hiring a Quality Manager to provide leadership and oversight for quality systems, standards, and initiatives within our Dresden photomask manufacturing site.
Responsibilities:
- Standardizes quality systems, processes, and metrics to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Partners with operations, engineering, and customer support teams to resolve escalated quality events.
- Oversees customer audits, regulatory compliance, and certification programs (e.g., ISO).
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce defects.
- Monitors and reports on site quality performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Represents the site in corporate quality reviews and customer meetings.
- Maintains the document management system for the site.
- Designs and conducts internal audits of the Quality Management System.
Requirement:
- Requires 8+ years in quality manufacturing team leadership.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- ISO auditing experience, and knowledge of 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Fluent in English.
