Title: SAP FICO Consultant Location: Prague, Czechia (Hybrid) **Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant** Permanent | Hybrid Prague, Czech Republic Our client, a global leader in engineering and industrial technology, is looking to hire a **Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant** to join its international ERP Centre of Excellence. This is a permanent opportunity to work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, collaborating with global teams and helping shape the future of digital finance processes. **The Role** As a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising SAP Finance solutions across a global organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, standardised ERP solutions while driving continuous process improvement. ## Tasks * Design, configure and implement SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions * Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements * Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions * Support global SAP implementation and enhancement projects * Identify opportunities to optimise finance processes using the latest SAP capabilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries * Provide functional expertise, solution demonstrations and user support * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices within the team ## Requirements * At least 2 years' experience delivering or supporting SAP ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations * Strong hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA FICO** * Good understanding of integrations with other SAP modules * Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage * Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential * Willingness to travel internationally as required
