• Working with the Account Manager to brief PIO specialists across SEO/GEO, performance, and content divisions and assist with the formulation of end to end online performance marketing programs
• Support Account Manager to liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the PIO team by maintaining regular contact with both
• Undertake administrative tasks as needed
• Support Senior Account Managers in managing and growing existing client accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (contacts, activity logs, deal/account status)
• Prepare status reports, recaps, and internal updates for account teams and leadership
• Assist in drafting and formatting client-facing materials, including proposals, SOWs, and presentations
• Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, project management, etc.)
• Join client calls and meetings to take notes, track action items, and follow up as needed
• Flag risks, blockers, or client concerns to senior account staff proactively
• Continuously learn account management best practices and agency processes

Requirements / experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn from senior team members
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
