Professional Services | Agentforce & Claude Adoption Program

Lead the delivery of something brand new. We’re recruiting for a special Claudeforce project that brings Claude and Salesforce together, and as a Project Manager you'll be on the front lines guiding some of the very first work in the ecosystem. Guaranteed. You'll work in pods alongside architects and consultants and help customers adopt AI that's never been deployed at this scale before. This is your chance to work on the newest, greatest technology from the get-go.

The Project Manager is responsible for driving user adoption, organizational readiness, and business value realization for Salesforce Agentforce and Claude implementations. This role works closely with customers and delivery teams to ensure new AI-powered capabilities are successfully adopted and integrated into daily business processes.

Unlike traditional change management roles, this role must possess a strong understanding of Salesforce, AI-enabled workflows, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate combines change leadership, user engagement, and technology enablement skills to help customers maximize platform usage and adoption.

How Engagements Run

Each customer engagement runs as a fixed 12-week sprint. Weeks 0–2 focus on assessment and readiness, including change management planning. Weeks 3–5 are build and validate. Weeks 5–12 drive user enablement, adoption, and optimization, which is where this role leads. This isn’t a traditional waterfall project. Expect fast prototyping and iteration, with the team showing customers something working. The customer pipeline is deep and growing, so there’s plenty of work to go around. When one engagement wraps, you roll right onto the next. Location is flexible, but you need to be available during your customer’s business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.
  • Develop communication, training, and enablement plans to support Agentforce and Claude deployments.
  • Facilitate customer workshops, training sessions, and adoption planning discussions.
  • Establish adoption metrics and monitor user engagement, platform utilization, and business outcomes.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and recommend strategies to improve user acceptance.
  • Partner closely with Technical Architects, Solutions Architects, and Lead Business Consultants to align technology implementation with business needs.
  • Gather user feedback and support continuous improvement of workflows and processes.
  • Contribute to repeatable adoption frameworks, templates, and best practices for future customer engagements.
  • Develop a change management plan for each engagement, including stakeholder analysis, training strategy, and a communications plan.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify how new Agentforce and Claude capabilities affect end users and business processes.
  • Translate solution capabilities and limitations into stakeholder-ready communications and training materials.
  • Partner with client sponsors to identify and manage resistance points and drive adoption.
  • Communicate change-readiness and adoption status to program leadership and account leads.
  • Get hands-on with Salesforce and Claude: demo and configure AI capabilities, and train users on them directly.
  • Support delivery coordination alongside program leadership, including timelines and status updates.
  • Support multiple customer engagements at once when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years leading projects in a technical environment, plus 3+ years of hands-on change management experience, ideally supporting technology or Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience in Change Management, User Adoption, Training, Organizational Readiness, or Business Transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, including planning, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, highly iterative consulting environments.
  • Understanding of Salesforce and AI-driven business processes.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and customer success.
  • Experience applying a structured change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or similar).
  • Hands-on comfort with Salesforce configuration and Claude, enough to demo, troubleshoot, and teach both to end users.
  • Claude Foundations/Associate certification. If you don’t have it yet but are interested and confident you can earn it quickly, we’ll train you and pay for your certification before you start client work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce ecosystem experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce).
  • Consulting or Professional Services background.
  • Salesforce certifications and/or Claude Foundations/Associate certification already completed.
  • Experience leading Salesforce implementations.
  • Scrum Master, Prosci, or CCMP certification.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Experience working with delivery teams across different roles and locations.

What We’re Looking For

Technical depth gets you in the door. Beyond that, we’re hiring for four qualities together, not any one in isolation: humble, hungry, smart, and excited about AI.

  • Humble: a team player first. You teach as readily as you learn, and you don’t need to be the smartest person in the room to add value.
  • Hungry: genuinely curious and self-driven. You take on a new certification or course because you enjoy it, not because it’s assigned, and you dig into unfamiliar problems until you’ve figured them out.
  • Smart: people-smart. You read a room, enjoy talking with customers, and can hold your own in front of a client audience.
  • Excited about AI: you’re already using AI tools to work faster and deliver better outcomes, and you want to keep pushing on that. This is where our SF+ practice is headed, so it’s a practical, non-negotiable skill, not a nice-to-have.
