Short Summary:
We are hiring a Head of Engineering to lead and grow our engineering team. You will report directly to the CEO and be a core part of the leadership team, owning the engineering organization and working closely with company leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Align Engineering with the Business: Work closely with the founder, product managers, customer success, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Build a World Class Engineering Culture: Recruit, interview, and manage the engineering team, setting expectations and enabling high performance.
- Increase Engineering Velocity: Cut the time from customer problem to shipped code, utilizing AI tools and jumping in to ship when necessary.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in modern web development, hands-on coding, and familiarity with AI coding tools.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of defining processes.
