Junior Brand Manager

Role Executes/Deploys consumer-centric brand strategies and activations to drive growth and equity for Juice category and Beverages in Azerbaijan. Uses consumer insights and data analysis available to identify target segments, shape brand positioning, optimize marketing channels, and ensure consistent brand experiences that maximize business results. The role supports a defined product portfolio, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver product launches, campaigns, promotions.

• Monitor brand, promotion, and portfolio performance; conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis; prepare performance reports and recommend actions to drive business growth.
• Support development of brand strategy, annual operating plans (AOP), and business growth strategies through analysis of market data, consumer insights, and business performance.
• Coordinate and support end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects, including readiness tracking, gate process management, product code creation, pricing setup, and launch execution.
• Lead packaging artwork and POSM development processes, ensuring compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and launch timelines.
• Manage brand activation and campaign execution, including brief development, agency coordination, rollout tracking, and monitoring of execution quality and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, timely delivery, and approval of proposals, estimates, and deliverables.
• Support media planning and execution by coordinating media briefs, evaluating media plans, tracking campaign performance, and providing optimization recommendations.
• Prepare commercial and marketing materials, including sales toolkits, PMR decks, business reviews, launch updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Manage marketing administration and financial processes, including contract control, documentation management, budget tracking, expense accrual monitoring, and accurate
• Act as the primary marketing contact for the Azerbaijan market, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, communicating market needs, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with regional business priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or FMCG Marketing.
• Experience supporting brand campaigns, activations, product launches, and marketing projects.
• FMCG industry experience is preferred.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
