Digital Commerce Sales Associate Manager

This role will lead PBUS digital commercial insights and portfolio strategy by converting integrated commercial data into leadership-ready narratives, opportunity sizing and actionable recommendations. Own prioritization, stakeholder alignment, quarterly portfolio playbooks and execution follow-through.

• Own PBUS portfolio priorities and align strategic questions, timelines and deliverables with senior stakeholders. 
• Integrate category, brand, shopper, customer, competitor and digital execution inputs into clear insights. 
• Identify whitespace, must-win categories and priority SKUs; quantify size of prize and right to win.
• Define where-to-play and how-to-win recommendations for portfolio growth and investment choices.
• Own quarterly leadership-ready playbooks, ensuring data credibility, storyline clarity and visual quality.
• Partner across Sales Planning, Commerce Marketing, Brand and Insights to validate findings and drive activation. 
• Establish governance for intake, priorities, actions, risks and implementation tracking.
• Codify scalable frameworks and best practices; coach analysts and strengthen storytelling. 
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled and automated analytical approaches.
