Role summary

We are hiring a commercial lead to own the growth of Pepper’s finance suite of tools: go-to-market motions, enablement, adoption and revenue outcomes - working crossfunctionally across Product, Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance, and Support

What you’ll do

• Revenue ownership: Own adoption and revenue outcomes (revenue/gross profit/TPV/attach rate) as well as forecasting

• Product adoption: Devise plans to increase product adoption and usage across Pepper’s customer base

• Sales + CS enablement: Create talk tracks, ROI models, competitive positioning, playbooks, and training; drive consistent execution

• Product partnership: Work closely with Product to define Pepper’s roadmap for Finance Hub

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a mix of product commercialization, GTM strategy/ops, biz dev/partnerships, monetization, or fintech/payments GTM. Must have fintech of payments experience

• Proven experience launching and scaling a product with complex risk/compliance/ops requirement

• Strong pricing/packaging instincts and comfort with commercial terms

• Analytical approach: can build business cases, forecast, and run growth experiments

• Exec-ready communicator; can drive alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal/Compliance
