## D365 Senior BC Manufacturing Up to 85k Remote ## THE OPPORTUNITY Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing? Pearson Carter is partnering with an established MS Partner looking for a senior BC professional to take the lead on manufacturing-focused ERP projects. This opportunity offers the chance to combine hands-on functional consultancy, solution architecture and team leadership, delivering Business Central solutions for customers across the UK and Europe. You'll join a progressive Microsoft Partner that values collaboration, quality delivery and employee development. ## WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Take ownership of **Business Central manufacturing implementations** from discovery through to go-live - Design and configure solutions tailored to manufacturing operations - Act as a trusted adviser to customers on ERP functionality and process improvements - Provide guidance and mentorship to other BC Functional Consultants - Oversee solution design, configuration and project delivery ## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Extensive **Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV** experience - Strong functional knowledge of **BC Manufacturing** - Proven experience delivering complex, end-to-end ERP implementations - Previous experience leading projects or mentoring consultants - Confident in solution design, requirements gathering and system configuration - Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills ## WHAT'S ON OFFER? **Salary: Up to 85,000** **Remote working** ️ UK and European customer projects, with client travel expenses covered Company retreats ️ Competitive annual leave Opportunity to lead high-impact manufacturing implementations ## INTERESTED?
