Project Manager

## What youll be responsible for - Take ownership of project schedules, managing timelines, resolving conflicts, and ensuring successful delivery against key milestones. - Support and guide customer project managers and delivery teams through ELMOs implementation framework and best-practice processes. - Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders, including regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and key decisions. - Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues to keep implementations on track. - Oversee changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring impacts are clearly understood and effectively managed. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion. - Develop strong client partnerships, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with business requirements and driving successful adoption of our SaaS products. ## About you - Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementations or complex software projects. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across customers, internal teams, senior leaders, and technical stakeholders. - Practical experience applying project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches. - Proven ability to collaborate with end users, business owners, and technology teams to achieve successful project outcomes. - Understanding of software delivery processes and how they align with organisational change and adoption activities. - Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are highly regarded. - Comfortable working in complex and evolving environments, bringing structure, clarity, and direction to ambiguity. - Alternatively, you may be an experienced HRIS, Payroll, or SaaS Implementation Consultant ready to transition into a formal Project Management role and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
