**THE ROLE** Location: Rosebery, Sydney Work model: On-site Reporting to: Data Centre Business Line Manager Salary: 160,000190,000, with flexibility up to 200,000 depending on experience Start: ASAP Benefits: - Bonus scheme - Annual salary reviews - Vehicle allowance - Strong emphasis on training and development - Career progression across project delivery and other business areas, including sales and audio-visual The role requires a strong combination of practical site delivery experience, team leadership and financial management across large-scale data centre projects. --- **THE CANDIDATE** They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a hands-on technical background, ideally gained within a data centre contracting or trade business. Key requirements: - Formal project management experience - Direct experience delivering data centre projects within a contractor or trade environment - Experience managing larger delivery teams - Strong financial acumen and commercial management capability - Practical understanding of technical requirements and on-site delivery Ideal background: - Tools or trade background - Previous technician or Site Manager experience - Progression from hands-on delivery into project management Important: Prioritise candidates with direct data centre contracting experience. Candidates coming primarily from NBN or telecommunications are less aligned with the environment the client requires. Sponsorship: Open to exploring suitable candidates from APAC or the UK specifically (Mentioned 3 times in the meeting) , but local candidates are the priority.
