**Job title** Pre-Sales/Implementations Solution Architect D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management US Wide **Job Overview** We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) expertise to support ERP growth. This is a client-facing role focused on understanding business challenges, shaping solutions, and helping organisations realise the value of D365 F&SCM. You will work closely with sales and delivery teams, lead discovery sessions, design solutions, and support new business opportunities from initial discussions through to implementation handover. **Responsibilities** - Lead client discovery sessions and workshops to understand business needs and objectives. - Design end-to-end D365 F&SCM solutions aligned with client requirements. - Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate configurations, processes, and integrations. - Deliver tailored demonstrations, presentations, and solution workshops. - Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and business case development. - Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop deal strategies. - Work with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are achievable and clearly defined. - Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and contribute to business growth. **Experience** - 5 years of ERP consulting experience, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM. - Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, functional consulting, or a similar client-facing role. - Strong knowledge of finance and/or supply chain processes within D365 F&SCM. - Experience delivering ERP implementations, client workshops, demonstrations, and solution presentations. - Understanding of project scoping, estimates, proposals, and solution design. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. **Salary/Package** Competitive compensation package based on experience. **Location** Remote candidates must be based in the USA.
