## LS Support Consultant Dynamics 365 Business Central Fully Remote 50,000 A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a **Dynamics 365 Business Central LS Support Consultant** to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering a salary of **50,000**, ideal for someone with experience supporting Business Central and LS Retail solutions. You will provide functional support to customers, troubleshoot issues, resolve system queries, and help users get the most out of their Business Central and LS Retail environments. Youll work closely with customers and internal technical teams to investigate problems, deliver solutions, and ensure systems run smoothly. ## Key Responsibilities - Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail solutions. - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues relating to system functionality and business processes. - Support users with LS Retail POS, store operations, retail transactions, and related integrations. - Diagnose issues across retail, sales, purchasing, inventory, and stock management processes. - Manage support tickets, prioritise incidents, and ensure timely resolutions. - Work with customers to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide clear guidance. - Liaise with developers and technical consultants to investigate complex issues and coordinate fixes. - Assist with system testing, updates, upgrades, and ongoing improvements. - Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, solutions, and recurring issues. - Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service. ## Required Experience - Experience supporting **Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV**. - Experience with **LS Retail, LS Central, or retail management systems**. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of retail business processes, including POS, sales, stock, inventory, and purchasing. - Experience managing support tickets and resolving functional system issues. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. - A customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple support requests. ## Desirable Experience - Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or within an ERP support environment. - Knowledge of LS Central integrations and retail system configurations. - Experience with Business Central finance, warehousing, and supply chain functionality. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies. - Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or LS Retail certifications. ## Salary & Benefits - **Salary: 50,000** - **Location: Fully Remote** - Opportunity to develop your expertise across Business Central and LS Retail. - Work with a growing Microsoft Partner and a range of retail customers. ## How to Apply To find out more, apply with your CV or contact [****](mailto:) or call ****. _Pearson Carter specialises in Microsoft Technology, ERP, Data, Software Development, and Digital Transformation recruitment across the UK and internationally._
