## Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant - Fully Remote - Up to 45,000 A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a **Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant** to join their team. This is a **fully remote** role offering the opportunity to support and enhance Business Central environments, working closely with end users, consultants, and developers to resolve issues, deliver system improvements, and provide ongoing ERP support. ## Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users - Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Business Central support tickets - Configure and maintain Business Central environments, users, and permissions - Support core Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory - Assist with upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality - Work closely with consultants and developers to resolve more complex issues - Deliver user training and provide guidance on Business Central best practices - Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles - Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide timely resolutions ## Required Experience: - 2 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central - Experience supporting Business Central or NAV users in a consultancy or end-user environment - Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules - Experience troubleshooting system issues and resolving support tickets - Knowledge of Business Central configuration, administration, and user management - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively ## Desirable Experience: - Experience with Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps - Understanding of SQL and Business Central data structures - Experience supporting integrations with third-party applications - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications - Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner ## Salary: **Up to 45,000** ## Location: **Fully Remote** To find out more, apply with your CV or contact **** or ****. _Pearson Carter specialises in Microsoft Technology, ERP, Data, Software Development, and Digital Transformation recruitment across the UK and internationally._
