## **Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant Fully Remote 50k** Pearson Carter are working with a growing Microsoft Partner who are looking to recruit a **Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant**. Offering a salary of up to **50,000 and fully remote working**, this is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team, providing technical support and helping customers get the most out of their Business Central systems. ## Key Responsibilities: - Deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Analyse and resolve technical issues, investigating support tickets through to resolution - Manage system configuration, user access, permissions and environment maintenance - Provide support across key modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory - Assist with system upgrades, software releases, testing and implementation of enhancements - Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to troubleshoot complex issues - Support customers with system queries, user training and best-practice guidance - Maintain technical documentation, support procedures and knowledge base resources - Build strong customer relationships, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and professionally ## Required Experience: - At least 2 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central - Previous experience in an ERP support role, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or end-user environment - Good knowledge of core Business Central functionality, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory - Proven ability to diagnose system issues and manage support requests effectively - Understanding of Business Central administration, configuration and user permissions - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users - A logical, analytical approach to problem-solving - Ability to prioritise support cases and manage a varied workload ## Desirable Experience: - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps - Knowledge of SQL, database structures and Business Central data - Experience troubleshooting integrations with external systems and third-party applications - Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central qualifications or certifications - Experience working within a Microsoft Dynamics Partner environment ## Salary: **Up to 50,000** ## Location: **Fully Remote** To find out more, apply with your CV or contact [****](mailto:) or ****. _Pearson Carter specialises in Microsoft Technology, ERP, Data, Software Development, and Digital Transformation recruitment across the UK and internationally._
