## Senior Manager - Data & AI Architecture **Location:** Singapore **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Up to SGD 200,000 Base 20-40% Performance Bonus Additional Annual SEA Allowance ## About the Opportunity Our client is a leading global technology and strategy consulting firm with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. They partner with major organisations to deliver enterprise-scale transformation initiatives spanning Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation and Technology Modernisation. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced **Senior Manager - Data & AI Architecture** to lead complex transformation engagements and advise senior business and technology stakeholders. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead enterprise architecture, Data & AI, and technology transformation engagements. - Advise executive and C-suite stakeholders on technology strategy and innovation initiatives. - Drive large-scale cloud transformation and legacy modernisation programmes. - Design enterprise Data & AI architectures and operating models. - Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives. - Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across complex client engagements. - Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. - Contribute to thought leadership, proposal development and business growth initiatives. ## Required Experience - Proven experience within a technology consulting, management consulting, or specialist advisory environment. - Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation programmes for large organisations. - Strong experience in one or more of: - Data & AI - Enterprise Architecture - Technology Strategy - Cloud Transformation - Legacy Modernisation - Experience engaging directly with executive and C-suite stakeholders. - Ability to bridge business and technology teams. - Strong communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills. ## Preferred Background - Experience within Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Energy, Utilities or Industrial sectors. - Exposure to modern data and cloud platforms. - Experience with technologies such as: - AWS - Databricks - Generative AI / OpenAI solutions - Enterprise data platforms ## Success Profile The ideal candidate will be: - A strong technology consulting leader. - Commercially minded and client-facing. - Technically credible with strong architecture knowledge. - Experienced in leading consulting engagements from strategy through delivery. - Comfortable influencing senior executives and driving transformation outcomes. - Capable of operating in both strategic and hands-on advisory capacities. ## What's on Offer - Base salary up to **SGD 200,000**. - Performance bonus of **20-40%**. - Additional annual regional allowance. - Opportunity to work on high-profile transformation programmes across Southeast Asia. - Exposure to senior executive stakeholders and large-scale Data & AI initiatives. - Clear progression pathway into Principal and Director-level leadership roles.
