## Principal - Data & AI Architecture **Location:** Singapore **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Up to SGD 240,000 Base 25-50% Performance Bonus Additional Annual SEA Allowance ## The Opportunity Our client is a globally recognised consulting organisation undergoing significant growth across its Technology, Data & AI practice. They are seeking a **Principal - Data & AI Architecture** to lead strategic client engagements, shape enterprise technology agendas, and drive large-scale transformation programmes across Southeast Asia. This role sits at a senior leadership level and is ideal for experienced consulting leaders who combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and executive stakeholder management capabilities. ## The Role As a Principal, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, guiding organisations through complex technology transformation initiatives whilst leading consulting teams across multiple engagements. Key responsibilities include: - Leading enterprise architecture and Data & AI transformation programmes. - Advising executive stakeholders on technology strategy and operating models. - Defining enterprise-wide architecture roadmaps and AI strategies. - Driving cloud transformation and legacy modernisation initiatives. - Leading complex consulting engagements from strategy through execution. - Overseeing solution architecture for large-scale technology investments. - Managing senior client relationships and executive steering committees. - Supporting business development, proposals and thought leadership activities. - Mentoring and developing consulting teams across multiple workstreams. ## Required Experience - Significant experience within technology consulting, management consulting or enterprise architecture advisory. - Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes. - Extensive experience engaging with C-suite and executive stakeholders. - Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. - Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary consulting teams. Strong expertise in one or more of: - Enterprise Architecture - Data & AI Strategy - Cloud Transformation - Technology Strategy - Digital Transformation - Legacy Modernisation - Data Platforms and Analytics ## Preferred Technical Exposure Experience with modern enterprise technologies such as: - AWS - Databricks - Generative AI and LLM solutions - Enterprise data platforms - Cloud-native architectures - AI-enabled operating models ## Ideal Candidate Profile You are likely to be: - A Principal, Associate Partner, Director or Senior Manager ready for the next step. - Currently working within a consulting, advisory or architecture leadership environment. - Comfortable operating at board, executive and C-suite level. - Able to influence strategic decisions whilst remaining technically credible. - Experienced in selling, shaping and leading high-value transformation programmes. - Commercially minded with strong client relationship management skills. ## What's on Offer - Base salary up to **SGD 240,000**. - Performance bonus of **25-50%**. - Additional annual regional payment. - Regional leadership exposure across Southeast Asia. - Access to some of the market's largest technology, Data & AI transformation programmes. - Strong career progression pathway into Director-level leadership.
